Entries open: Lennox Head to host final event of the Challenge Her Team’s Classic

Published on 15/06/2022

The final stop of the Challenge Her Team’s Classic at Lennox Head is now open for entry for any women or girl across Australia.

On the 3 July over 100 women and girls will take part in an Australian-first, all-ages, all-abilities mixed board event that ignited a new wave of not only women’s surfing, but women’s sport.

The Surfing NSW Challenge Her Team’s Classic aims to increase participation and support females in surfing. It will involve a fun Teams format; where surfers can ride shortboard or mid length/longboard.

Events will also host a range of exciting workshops and technical skills sessions with more details coming soon.

So, we’re calling for all women and girls of all ages and abilities across Australia to join, put together a team and be part of the 2022 NSW program.

The prime locations for the Challenge Her Team’s Classic is Seven Mile Beach at Lennox Head.
