VW State Classic 2026 I NSW Surf Masters State Titles
The Surf Masters NSW State Titles form one of five disciplines contested across the VW State Classic 2026 event in Coffs Harbour. The six-day event bringing together top surfers from across the New South Wales coastline is held across three key locations.
Date: May 18 – May 24 (Event window dates: please note all timings and dates below are tentative and subject to change based on surf conditions).

Australian Surf Masters Titles
As a key pathway event, the VW State Classic 2026 offers athletes the opportunity to earn selection to represent NSW at the Australian Titles in Wollongong (August 24th – 30th 2026).
- Successful competitors will be notified by 29th May, 2026 from Surfing NSW
- State to Australian progression numbers can be found here
- If a successful competitor can’t make the event dates, the next selected athlete will be contacted by Surfing NSW via email
- Wildcard Selection Timeline:
- Open – Tuesday 23rd June, 2026 found here
- Close – Tuesday 7th July, 2026
- Announced by Surfing Australia – Monday 13th July, 2026
