Surfboard Empire North Narrabeen Pro Junior
The Surfboard Empire North Narrabeen Pro Junior, presented by Florence, will be the third WSL Pro Junior event of the 2026 season. Surfers will compete for valuable ranking points in hopes of boosting their standings and securing a place at the coveted World Junior Championships by year’s end. The top 2 junior surfers from each WSL region will earn the opportunity to compete against a global field of the best surfers aged 20 and under, with a chance to win a wildcard for the 2027 Challenger Series Tour.
The WSL Pro Junior event will run from 22–26 April 2026.

Surfing NSW LAB
1. Athlete Support
Surfing NSW’s LAB program will be active on-site throughout the event, providing direct support to competitors and identifying the next generation of NSW talent.
Competitors can find the team at the orange LAB tents, with coaches on the beach from 6:00am for warm-ups, and in the tent from 7:00am for heat strategy and post-heat reviews.
Led by an elite coaching team including Jarrad Howes, Philippa Anderson, Nick James, Duke Kelleher and Monty Tait, LAB delivers world-class coaching across every stage of the pathway.
2. In-Water Technical Sessions (eliminated competitors)
Surfing NSW LAB coaches will run two in-water technical sessions on Saturday for competitors eliminated from the event, focusing on foundational skills and performance improvement for future competition. Athletes must apply in advance via the event form. Successful applicants will be notified prior to the session.

- Session 2: 10:00am – 11:30am
- Capacity: Max. 16 surfers per session
