2021 NSW JUNIOR STATE TITLES UPDATE

Due to the constantly shifting COVID-19 situation in Australia, a decision in consultation with Wollongong City Council and event stakeholders has been made to reschedule the 2021 Woolworths NSW Junior State Titles pres. by Ocean and Earth.

Surfing NSW’s priority is the health and safety of competitors, spectators, local community and our staff. We want to ensure all can safely travel to and from the event. 

Below are the new dates:
NEW DATE: Woolworths NSW Junior State Titles pres. by Ocean and Earth (Illawarra)
Junior State U16’s divisions – Wednesday 25 – Sunday 29th Aug 2021
Junior State U18’s divisions – Thursday 26 Aug – Monday 30th Aug 2021 

NEW DATE: NSW High School State Titles pres by Ocean and Earth (Illawarra) 
Tuesday 31 Aug – Wednesday 1 Sept 2021

We will be offering refunds for those who are affected by the current COVID-19 situation or cannot attend the new dates. However, it is important to note that you will lose your spot once a refund has been processed. If you decide to enter the event again at a later date, you will be at the end of the waitlist. 

If you cannot attend the new date of the event and would like to request a refund of entry please email events@surfingnsw.com.au 

UPDATE: Havaianas NSW Grommet State Titles (Maroubra Beach) 
Surfing NSW is monitoring the COVID-19 situation day-by-day with NSW Health advice and Randwick City Council. As it stands, Havaianas NSW Grommet State Titles is still scheduled to run Friday 23 – Monday 26 July.

Surfing NSW will provide an additional update next week on Wednesday 7th July (via email, socials and posted on our website) as to if the decision for the Havaianas NSW Grommet State Titles is going ahead on planned dates or postponed to a later date in 2021.
